2009-05-28 - 1:33 p.m. It seems like recently the only thing that women can talk to me about is how fat they are and what they need to do to get not fat. Ugh, I hate conversations with women who wear size 4 clothes bitching about how fat they are. Seriously, get a fucking grip - why is this even acceptable for normal conversation? OMG - I was in Whole Foods the other day and I almost started crying in front of the fish counter because I am on a raw food diet and couldn't have fish. Oh, it's so hard for me to lose weight. Who knew that skinny people got cellulite? Ugh, I have a muffin top. Oh, I can't go do yoga with other people because what if someone doesn't like my outfit or there's a hot guy there? I don't want him to see my fat ass working out. Gah. Can we stop this? Honestly, I will not be a party to your warped body issues with you anymore. I don't see what there is to gain out of discussing how you see yourself as fat and me having to commiserate with you about how fat you are. Or constantly having to say, no you aren't fat and having you think I am lying to you to just be nice. All this does is reinforce your bad body issues. I won't be a part of it. If this comes off as rude to you, I don't fucking care. It is all just a warped way to continue to reinforce the belief that you are fat. If you want to get in shape, fine. But don't fucking frame it as how fat you are. Love yourselves, ladies! Sexy ain't a size - it's a mindset.
