I might be heading down south for some vacation time. Mobile, Alabama. Doesn't sound exciting to me, but then I'll go anywhere. Can't say it sucks until you've tried it or been there, right?
I think Evil fell in love with the place when he went down their for his orientation at Southern Alabama University. He claims that it looks just like New Orleans and was actually the capital of the French territory in the way old times before the Louisiana Purchase.
We shall see. There's a music festival going on called Bayfest. It's very eclectic - Alan Jackson and Ne-Yo? Yep. It's pretty cheap, too. $37 for the 3 days.
I needed to burn some vacation time anyway and hell, I freaking go to Alaska all the time. It's not like Alabama could be that much more backwards.
