Anxiety and sadness that's what I felt when I heard a friend needed to short sell their home. Gah - I just got a place - don't tell me you're having problems - you make more money than me! Of course I don't know all the details of anyone's finances but my own, but scary nonetheless.
One friend to foreclosure and another coming close. Yikes. Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches here I come! Time to save some money.
