TGIF!
Now awaiting the arrival of my parents. They are driving in from Iowa to deliver some framed photographs for Ray to put up at Glen's Diner on Montrose. So this parental visit is not my fault! Hee.
Had a whirlwind cleaning extravaganza last evening, so as to have a somewhat clean apartment and not scare my mother to death. Although, that said - no matter how much I clean my mom will find something that needs cleaning. It's how she shows love. Well, that and cooking with lard.
Hmm, should I totally cater to my mother's whims and buy a puzzle on the way home in order to set up the puzzle table behind the couch that she so desires in my house? That would get one of the ten million tables out of my dining room.
Maybe I will stop by Marbles on the way home. Mom would be so happy. Plus those puzzles are impossible - it could keep her busy on visits for decades. Hee.
