I wish I cared more about the health care bill, but it won't affect me since I work at a place that is self-insured. Plus, the whole thing is a sham to give more money to insurance companies which I don't back for any reason.
What else should I care about more? Republicans refusing to back Franken's amendment that allows women to actually press charges against their rapists? Yeah, I should care about that more, but then fuck the mercenaries that are Blackwater, KBR and Halliburton. I don't think they should be getting any money regardless of their contractual clauses.
Must be a dearth in the political season for me. Oh well, I've been worked up over enough political shit in my lifetime. No one cares about my thoughts anyway.
