I've been bad about writing, but then again it is winter. Even though this winter has been spectacular in its warmth, so far. I guess I just don't have much to say.
Threw out my back moving some boxes at work so basically all I've been doing for a week is medicating myself so I can endure the pain. Sigh. This coming immediately following the recovery of my ankle. Gah - I swear LA Boxing, I'll be back some time.
And I know the back problems are totally related to me not being able to workout. I'm tellin' ya - don't get old. It's just annoying.
